Hi ,

I check my code in FF with tidy it flash a error
missing<div>:
when i keep </div> it says remove it Question
not able to understand what i am suppose to do..

my code is as below
<td valign="top" height="445" width="445">
<div class="factMainDiv">
<table border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="2" width="400">
fgdfgf
</table>
</div>
</td>

any idea wud be gr8ly appreciated
