I had a problem with my VoIP gizmo. It can’t light. Please guide me if any one knows how to solve the issue?

The first thing you must have to check your cable. If cable is connected properly then check the power. If your Gizmo lit then there is no problem otherwise you have to check the connection between DSL and WAN port.

The DSL gives on/off facilities. You must have to connect the modem when power cycle is on.

It will take only 5 to 10 minute to restart the VoIP.
