SunRocket Technical Support is not good

I had a problem with my Voice mail. I had at SunRocket technical team three times but did not get fixed up my problem. Is that a correct attitude?

I have to agree SunRocket technical support is terrible. The guys sitting at Sunrocket technical support division could not solve simple problem. So no need to talk with them I could not find answer in my email too.

I have had two other issues like my Mac address get corrupted and problem with Gizmo. I have sent many emails to TS and I never got response from them.

I switched from Lingo to Sunrocket for quality of calls and costs; I am thoroughly disappointed with the technical support concerning a variety of issues.
