It was horrible; even I have got several emails when I have paid for their services. When I replied back, I received next message like if I don’t pay my balance then I will get disconnected.

It is better you can make a call because your email gone into junk mail or filtered through call centers.

Normally Emails can be answered much quicker than phone calls and saves everyone time since they do not have to be in real time.
