MicroHoldings US, Inc. announced to acquire 100% of XChangeTel, Inc., (XTEL) a privately held company that provides international carrier services. XChangeTel is in the telecom business to provide commercial as well as retail telecommunications services and products in Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) telephony.

It’s a great deal because XChangeTel hosts about 80 customers on its network services platform and bills amount raises to 5 million minutes a month.

I think Micro Holdings US, Inc will grow in a better way to achieve its internal set targets because future for VoIP is very bright.
