Yes, all the VoIP company has provides echo test solution for the users to make a test call using the services. You need to dial the defined number to access the services using the softphone test call. Once you push up the prompt voice from your device than your cross check gets over because your echo test gets completed. Incase you are still facing the problems than you need to call your vendor to get the details. If you don’t hear your sound than you must have to make a call to the technical team and get the details.
What can I do if I hear only beep sound in my softphone?

It is not the bigger problems ever. You must have to check the option after restart your softphone system to access the services. You need to access the audio tab and unclick the option and click ok button to access the phone system. You need to call the customer care department to solve the problems if you are not access the system.
