I have windows xp internet v6. I have been having problems accessing the internet. When I do I often get Microsoft error message, if I click send report, it says that there is something call "Star ware tool bar" which need to be uninstalled. This I have already done, but error messages still keep coming up. I also checked application process and found that there is a file called drgtodsk which has been running; I ran a search and found this is linked to easy media creator 7, which I am unable to uninstall.
I am quite new to computers & also this forum, but I have been recommended by a friend to contact you.
I have also updated my windows and selected automatic updates.
I had limited virus protection, which I have now corrected & my firewall has been enables. I ran a scan with net guard, but files came back clean?
I am unable to dl any hijack this or spybot program or any other spy ware removal as comp keeps crashing - Microsoft error message. I'm been told that a stealth program could be the reason for not allowing dl...
