The FCC provides the solution to the providers to get access the 911 services. It offers the emergency services in USA. It offers services over the PSTN line as well as wireless line to provide the emergency services to the people in USA. It is known as E911 to identify and locating the place using the IP tracking or via talk over to the person who called to get E911 services. Internet protocol was established on the bases of the E911 services. The E911 service gives the emergency services to the customers.

The location of the emergency place is search by the 911 service providers through the primary enquiry from the caller. The E911 service is offer to the customers based on the types of services. VoIP providers get the better opportunities to the customers to get the emergency services to the customers to get the services to the VoIP owners.
