Yes many of the VoIP services providers have get these types of billing problem. I use Packet8 also get the same problem last month. I don’t know how they have sending these types of fake bills.
They are sending consolidated amount with no clarification about the service charges, phone details etc. This is not the fare way. People get annoyed from these types of billing process.
