I have been facing echo and voice break-ups several days. I had called up at Lingo technical support but did not get proper response. Please tell me what to do?

I think I have tried all this things earlier but it didn’t get work. The most horrible thing is Lingo customer care services said we couldn’t find any problem with installation.
