Yes, all the PBX providers do not provide the IP cards to execute the IP enable service to execute the VoIP services to the users. The PBX service providers provide the PBX that provided by Siemens, Avaya, NEC and many other providers provide the services on the bases of the terms to get the proper services. With PBX the IP based customer provides connectivity through WAN connection to gives the proper IP connectivity to get the better VoIP connection. You can select the IP enable PBX system that gives the better results to connect the VoIP. Companies like Cisco also get into IP based telephony to get the proper connection.
Tell me what should I do if I get the better voice quality in VoIP?

Every VoIP service providers has its dream to get the better connectivity at competitive rates as per the QoS norms. I think you get the coverage on the bases of the norms specified as per your cases. You need proper configuration and compatible network to get the proper connectivity. I must say it is one of the high quality connectivity of the VoIP services.
