The term PBX stands for Private Branch eXchange. I believed that a Micro PBX is simply a smaller version of a traditional PBX.

Virtual PBX is used recently by the most of the VoIP service providers. Virtual PBX has working over three-digit code. There are three main features of virtual PBX – one is toll free number, automated attendant and third one is "find me" or "follow me" call forwarding system.
