Do you know Call Manager versions 3.3, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0, in addition to Presence Server version 1.0, are affected recently?

Cisco is developing a permanent solution to solve this problem. It also advises users to filter traffic as per given advisory by the Cisco.

I think sending packets to a Cisco Unified Call Manager can cause the system to crash.

You can process Cisco VoIP software to avoid such issues. You must be extra conscious to avoid such Doc attack.
