If you are living in the developing countries where competition amongst the communication companies is limited. In such a case Skype, Stanaphone, VoIP Bustor and Globe7 is very cheapest option.

Ya, you are right, people in the developing countries are using above VoIP service providers frequently rather then going to conventional way. I normally observe that People in the developing countries using Skype and Globe7.
