The Asterisk SPE v1.0 Beta has a number of new features, which makes it the most powerful platform for the VSP companies. The features includes Asterisk VoipRoute(R) technology for SmartRTP(R) bridging, Asterisk RateRoute(TM) technology for route selection and Asterisk SpitWall(R) core for SPIT filtering.

Asterisk new SPE v1.o Beta will help the VSP's to jump ahead of their completion. It will be available both as a free download in Open Source and as a commercial product called Asterisk Commercial Service Provider Edition
