You first take 1 lb Ground beed extra lean, 1C Oatmeal, 1.5 C Cracker crumbs, blend all items together in electric mixer until completely blended. Pour into an oblong cake pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake in oven for 25- 35 minutes at 350. Carefully invert on to plate and frost with non-fat sour cream.
