Holiday Toy Drives?

Does anyone know of any toy drive programs in New York City for our children? I know of the post office's Letters to Santa program where the children write letters to Santa and send them to the North Pole. Volunteers then pick up the letters from the main post office in NYC and answer a child's letter. I know that there are loads of local organizations that do toy drives and give them out to children. I thought it may be a good idea for those of us who are struggling to make ends meet this holiday season to be able to get some help from toy drives. I already emailed the toys for tots program and am awaiting a reply.
