I'm a signle dad and i don't have time to convince my kid to eat vegetables! anybody have any ideas on how i can make eating vegetables fun and get my 20year old son to eat his veggies?

I think its a matter of changing your's son mind sets. In the initial stage you have to spare some time at to take a launch or dinner with him. Once your son get accustomed, you are free to take your launch or dinner at your convinient. Dont enforce on your son to eat vegies directly.
