You must read your rental agreement first. You must be aware that sub-let your rental unit is not allowed by the landlord. If you allow it directly it is a serious matter because it make open ground for your landlord to take action against you.
[i]In case your lease paper cant state anything about sub-let then you can request your landlord to allow sub-let in your rental space with your risk. In case allow your sub-let should abide the rules and regulation too.
