In USA, most of the youth committee the crime who are involved in the drugs and pornography. It can start at the school level and that leads to commit the crime of theft of vehicles or theft at the shopping mall. There are many cases of robbery are reported at the stores and petrol pumps on the highway to get the dollar. There are many people get gun down by the youth. The youth get abuse with the drugs and many other things so they need money and finally committee crime. Apart from robbery and many other things, there are many cases of Credit card theft and many types of cyber crimes get reported. It is serious indication for the Federal government to curb the youth crime under the Juvenile Justice with enactment of cyber crime in the law.
If the serious cyber crime committed by the youth? Can they consider under the juvenile act?
Normally juvenile act is only applied to the age group of under eighteen years of age. It is applied only for the youth not more than eighteen years of age. It is necessary for you to get proper implementation of the law. If federal or state police found any youth do cyber crime than he/she can be caught under the juvenile act.
