I'm interviewing for jobs and want to make sure i get paid more than at my last job. how much more is reasonable? what amount should i ask for? i heard your new job should always pay atleast $5000 more than the previous, or the move is not worth it when you consider reolaction costs and inflation. anyone have tips on negotiating salaries?
