If you have done the agreement with the franchiser than you must get the money back of your franchiser in case your franchiser declared as defaulter. If not than it abide franchiser as per the agreement to get the money back. It is more crucial to get sign the agreement as per the condition. It is more important for you to get your money as per the terms of the agreement. If you find very tough than you can take advise from the lawyer and file the case against the franchiser. It is more crucial to get aware about the terms as per your needs.
Can I negotiate with my franchiser? If he is ready to pay money as per defined terms?
