This seems sureal...I am 55, do not lie, cheat, or steal...a disgrundled subcontractor files false charges against me and I have and atty. saying that I should mediate!! My name and honor needs to be cleared. I do not mediate with those who give a sworn statement falsely.
Actually, the charges that he placed are those that I should have filed and did not have time. The defense is my bill for that which I did not do.
I feel that an atttorney is not going to represent me with viigor and dedication. What shall I do? Where do I research this and possibly represent myself?
