In USA mainly in IL states there are more crime reported like theft of vehicles, vandalism. Crime committed by the youth is more than fifty percent. As per the Juvenile Offenders and Victims National Report there are more and more crime of theft and robbery by the youth or group of youth are reported in USA. Mostly youth people are more involved in the looting. It is one of the serious reports and needs proper attention for the US congress to curb the violation from the youth. There are many people at store get shot dead by the group of youth. It is most crucial for US Congress to take the necessary steps to curb such juveniles’ crime and implement the strong law to get proper protection.

The Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act were implemented in 1974. Its main aim is to implement the community based programs for the offender. It also clarifies to separate out the youth offender from the adult. There are various types of youth programs run under the act to get the proper motivation.
