That is exactly what my friend said. He said I should credit card bankruptcy. I think what he was saying is I should file for credit card related bankruptcy. My question is, how do you file for bankruptcy? Is there such a thing as credit card bankruptcy? Is credit card bankruptcy any different from regular bankruptcy? Would I get more information on being crunchy related problems that would be helpful for meaning. So that I can educate myself so that I can handle my bankruptcy in a proper and civilized manner.

The wonderful thing is there will be no credit cards after bankruptcy. I would say for the next seven years you are going to have an absolutely horrible credit history. You probably deserve it because you did not know how to manage your financial health. Okay I know that sounded rude. However bankruptcy is serious bankruptcy credit card debt is a very serious you should understand and appreciate that this is not a small thing that you have done.

You know I paid my child support with credit card and then declared bankruptcy. I had over hundred thousand dollars in credit card debt. And guess what I did I file for bankruptcy I saved $100,000 and guess what I don't care if I don't have any credit for the next seven years.

I don't agree with everyone here credit card after bankruptcy is nonexistent and I think that is a good thing and that will keep you away and make you manage your finances better. What has happened has happened so don't worry about it now. Focus on learning and educating yourself about bankruptcy focus and learn of the mistakes he made. Focus on being crunchy credit card in full how to deal with credit card companies green bankruptcy. Focus on learning and understanding about bankruptcy and how to speak to the judge I think that's me speak to. If you really need a credit card then think about getting a unsecured credit card even with bankruptcy I think you can get one. You can also get a pre-paid credit card during bankruptcy.

Before you file for bankruptcy have you thought about eliminating your credit card data without having to file for your bankruptcy? Is there not any way that you can actually try to balance your budget? Have you tried working with the credit card companies to try to make a monthly payment? Have you tried working with the credit card companies to reducing your interest rate and working at something? All I'm saying is you might be able to find a solution without having to file for bankruptcy and luck to you.
