Need assistance with NC process. I have heard others state that they were innocent and I doubted; I am absolutely innocent of these charges. I was told by police to press these charges and did not have the time, therefore, the person who commited these crimes falsely accused me!! Please help me research. An attorney told me to mediate.....an innocent should be able to clear their name ...NOT mediate!
