My company has the unfortunate pleasure of filing for bankruptcy. Any help on the problems that I might face after I filed for bankruptcy for my company.
Can you sue a company that is in bankruptcy? I have a company that has defaulted on payment and they are already in bankruptcy. They did not tell me they were in bankruptcy and I offered them credit. So now can I sue the company that is in bankruptcy?
First of all I would not recommend doing business with any company in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The only positive thing that I can tell you about bankruptcy and companies is that they are wonderful places to get cheap assets.
A bankrupt as this or any business that has worked very hard to to set up or any owner that has worked for a heart to set up his business it has to be very tough. I wish you the best of luck in your bankruptcy problem. And a level of class. Try to pay your vendors back is the only solution that I can give you. You always want to do what others would do to you. So I think from that standpoint paid back your vendors when you can that's the right thing to do.
