i want to hire a lawyer but how can i be sure my lawyer has a good track record and no action against him? does anyone track actions against lawyers? is there one central place to go to find information on a lawyer, such as bar information and lawsuits against a lawyer? what if the lawyer has unhappy cleitns? how would i know?
