I am into debt trap due to unforeseen circumstances in my finance planning so I got more debt fand not able to pay my credit card due as well as payment of my loan. I have finally decoded to file the bankruptcy in the court.
Can I inform my creditors about filling of my bankruptcy?

Yes, you need to inform your creditors so you will get the credit do not ask for recovery. You need to send email or mail to the creditors. You need to give details like your case number, stay, trustee name, date fixed for meeting with creditor, deadline and location of the court to file the bankruptcy case.

Ya, I guess, in chapter 7 or chapter 13 there is a provision of trustee to manage the bankruptcy case. The role of trustee is to get manage the bankruptcy and sale the property to encase the amount to repay the creditor. It is really a good provision under chapter 13 and chapter 7 to get the benefits. The trustee play a key role in whole exercise to solve the problems of debtor as well as creditors by proper planning.
