Normally debt collector has the right to ask about the person who gets into the debt for recovery. It is important for the debtor to give in written to get it done. Collector is not legally responsible as per FDCPA. It is most important to understand the proper rules and make charges to file against the collector. You need to understand the FDCPA rules so that you are aware about the limits and protections. If you fill any violation done by your debt collector than you needs to collect the attorney and take some steps in the consumer court too. But in short you must have to collect the proof against your debt collectors.
Tell me can I get lawyer to solve such critical issues?

Yes, if you things your debt collector torturing you despite of your positive attitude to paid the debt with mutually agree terms. You must have to contact the lawyer or you can go for the consumer court to solve the issues. You must needs to take the advice from your lawyer and follow the guidelines as per their suggestion to solve the problems.
