In the criminal law there are two types of crime existing in the society. Once types of crime are in the form of violation of act where mob or group spread behaves unlawfully and do violation in the city or state. It is one of the serious cases and the court gives maximum penalties to the person or group. Like violation, the crime like murder of person is one of the most serious crimes. In murder case the person gets imprisonment for more than twelve months. It is more important to understand the seriousness of the crime and aware about the repercussion of the crime. It is more important to understand the seriousness and get aware about the possible action taken by the person.

In USA people gets violation of act on road while driving and parking a car. It leads to infringement of law and you need to get the ticket or fine to infringement of law. It is more important to understand the law to avoid such instances and save the money.
