Recently I saw one person who driving with drinking problem. When I seen him at that time his bike is just passing irregularly. And before I feel any idea in my mind he just hit at one car. I note down his number. I just want to know is their any type of law that I have to claim him for the damages. I hope that I get right answer in this thread. I want to teach him a lesson.
