I think solvent coating can provide better protection against the all ruff weather condition. It will also enhance the life span of the roofing. The solvent coatings can give better protection against the water and proved to be the best protective materials against the water.

If your house is in the natural calamity region than it is advisable to do the solvent coating for your metal or asphalt roofing. Solvent coating is proved to be an effective medium for giving safety against the water seepage.
