Folic acid is one of the essential nutrition in the pregnant women. The pregnant women must have to take the folic acid supplement daily. It will benefit to the mother and their newborn during the pregnancy period. One should take folic acid every day.
It is necessary to take folic acid every day as suggested by the doctor. It will help prevent some birth defects that happen in early pregnancy. If a woman doesn't start taking vitamins until the second or third month of pregnancy, it may be too late to prevent birth defects. Folic acid may also have other health benefits for women. The women should take extra care during the pregnancy period. I would prefer to consult the dietician. It is necessary to take the multivitamin or prenatal vitamin with folic acid every day.

It is essential to eat poultry, Meat, and fish, vegetables, and grains, oatmeal, boiled soybeans, kidney beans, spinach all are very good source of iron Iron rich fruits like green fruits and vegetables like beans, tofu, raisins, dates, prunes, figs, apricots, potatoes broccoli, beets, dark leafy green vegetables, whole-grain breads, blackstrap molasses, and iron-fortified cereals potatoes, watermelon, and strawberries.
