: A lady I know slightly is over 80 and quite frail. She has no relatives or help and seems to be sick.
Is there anyone to help or an agency that will help her?
I was filling ashame of this thing and I want what could be done for helping the aging people?

She must either contact her doctor or health care professional or a local [b:7a9181a35c]“Area Agency on Aging”[/b:7a9181a35c] they will send a case worker who will assess her needs, provide counseling regarding finances, and discuss choices like a [b:7a9181a35c]nursing facility[/b:7a9181a35c], [b:7a9181a35c]long term care[/b:7a9181a35c], [b:7a9181a35c]personal care[/b:7a9181a35c], a [b:7a9181a35c]residential care home[/b:7a9181a35c] or [b:7a9181a35c]domiciliary care[/b:7a9181a35c]
