The second-degree burn is more sever than the first degree burn. The second degree burn will affect on the outer and inner layer of the skin so the symptoms are so sever than the first degree burn. In the second degree burn the people are facing the pain, swelling redness, and blebs. The second degree burn will effect on the hair and sweat gland. Depends on the severity of the burn, the blood circulation in the burn part get affected and it needs proper treatment from the doctor. The people suffering from second degree burn are affected with swelling, redness and pain as well as desquamation skin as well as nails.

First thing you can do is not remove the burnt cloth. If you feel it is sever than you must know that the burnt person is breathing properly. If burnt person is breathing than cover the burn part with sterile cloth. You need to remove the burnt cloth with sterile materials so that chances of infection get less. You need to admit the person and monitor pulse, breathing and blood pressure too.
