The Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease is causes by infection. There are different types of symptoms like familial, sporadic, induced and variant. The prions infection attack on the nerve system that causes dementia. It is also called as prion diseases. Prion is anomalous classes of protein that are hard and not able to sterilize easily. Due to prion infection. The prion diseases affect humans. It is extremely rare came into diseases like Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinker disease (GSS) and fatal familial insomnia (FFI).

There are different types of symptoms like loss of memory, change in moods and loss of interest, confused stat and stiffness and not able to speak properly. This symptoms last long within a weeks time and people are not able to walk properly. In the initial stage, people are not able to know the symptoms. Normally people affected with the Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease symptoms are die with in six months time. In some cases the disease can last long for more than two years time. The patient is suffering from pneumonia. It is essential to identify the proper symptoms and based on the symptoms, people usually identify the proper drugs to reduce the symptoms.
