Pancreatic gland cancer is the one kind of hereditary disease it creates by the change on DNA. These changes possibly are hereditary or they are going too developed with the age. The change which inherits is explained why the pancreatic gland cancer occurs in some families, and the changes possibly increases when the cancer cell come into contact with hazardous chemicals as a results cell duplication occurs. There are several reasons for the development of the cancer cell of the pancreas but the chances are getting more when person inherited with the cancer cell in pancreas is come into contact with such materials that are responsible to double the cancer cell and make it sever.

The cells divide normally to copy and supplement the level of the cells which died. Each cell contains 3 billion low pairs (A, C, G and T). Thus, each time that a cell divides it must copy each 3 billion low pairs. Unfortunately, the cells can make errors by copying this ADN. If one of these errors is done in a gene which prevents the cancer of pancreas, then this person will be with the risk increased to develop the cancer of pancreas. The genetic test needs to diagnoses the pancreatic cancer.
