The women fitness is measure through individual eating habits and her exercise schedule. The women who takes balance diet according to her body needs and burn the excess calories will called as the perfectly feet women. It is advisable to take the calories intake as suggested by the dietician. If you have allergy for specific food than you can ask your dietician to suggest another alternatives foods.

There are many women health magazine are available in the market, which gives tips about how to fit well.
