The aerobic exercise are perform with using the different techniques like Aerobic dance, ballroom dance, belly dancing , aerobic machines, backpacking and different indoor games as well outdoor games like jogging , basketball, boxing, cycling, fencing, golf, gymnastics, handball, hockey, ice skating, judo, karate, mountaineering, rock climbing, skating, skin diving, rope climbing, running, walking, step aerobics, swimming, water skiing and many more are considered in the aerobic exercise categories.

Aerobic exercise is performing with oxygen so in aerobic exercise it burns more calories in the certain time period. It is essential to select the proper exercise based on your individual fitness level or health condition. It is necessary to select the exercise that suitable to your environment and health. If you are suffering from any chronic diseases than you must have to select the aerobic exercise that burn limited fat and give enough oxygen as required by your body. It is important to consult your physician before selecting the exercise and set the time limit so that it can’t harm you more during the exercise. If you are normal than set your goal and accordingly enhance the time for aerobic exercise.
