Section 504 facilitate child suffering from the ADD or ADHD to give facilities under the special law. Accommodation for a child with a disability under Section 504 covers regular classroom education, accommodation and modifications, services related to special education etc.

Section 504 rule requires that benefits and service and the activity which are offered there benefits other than the destination and the area guarantees the fact that it is equal.
