Currently, there is no medical treatment is guaranteed to cure or control the development of Rheumatoid Arthritis. There are number of medications that are able to control the signs and symptoms of RA and slowdown the progression of joint damage. The main purpose of the treatment is to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, slow down joint damage, and improve the patient's condition. In RA early diagnosis is more important.

Many of the medications used to treat rheumatoid arthritis have side effects, good communication and regular follow-up with your doctor are very important for successful treatment of the disease. Appropriate exercise and changes in lifestyle can make the difference.
