Some people are living healthy at the age of 70 or more. Even some people are too old before 60 or even at 50. I have know some people who live healthy life because I observe that they are very punctual in eating foods, sleeping timely and exercise regularly.
I came across a great book written by a Indian author on ageing and how we can reverse it.
He says we age because of overflow of thoughts and emotions and if we can remove that we can reverse the way we look. Bring back the lost innocence.
