There are different types of viral and bacterial infections developed in foods through bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella, and Campylobacter and viruses like calicivirus. The federal government has taken several initiatives to control the virus and bacterial disease and also take preventive measures too.

Campylobacter bacteria can effect on the digestive system and causes diarrhea, and abdominal cramps. The Campylobacter bacterium is like bird flue and it is spread through poultry and other birds. In some cases laboratory test find it in concentrated juice too. Salmonella bacterium is spread through the bird, reptiles and mammals. The symptoms are same as campylobacter bacteria. Apart from normal symptom, it will also effect on the immune system and blood steam. E.coli bacteria are also spread through animal reserve. It causes sever diarrhea, abdominal crampt. Person suffering from E.coli bacteria is suffering from anemia, kidney failure. It is necessary to take the proper care and get treatment on time. Apart from that there are various other types of viruses and bacteria are responsible for the infections. It is most essential to identify the symptoms of and get the treatment on time to control the infections.
