Mediterranean diet includes fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds, fish, olive oil, and other foods may help people maintain a healthy weight Olive oil is the fat of choice. Rich in flavor and documented healthy it's a staple of most families in this region. They also eat cold-water fish two or three times a week, which contains omega-3 oils, which can reduce heart disease risk and boost immune system. It is more useful for the heart health.
