The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) release the clinical guideline of the practice of pediatric gives the clinic guidelines to diagnosis of the children with ADHD. It provides the direction suitably to diagnose the disorder in children. The sub committee of AAP improvement the quality of primary care and the developmental-behavior of children. There are many experts involve in AAP committee from the field of neurology, psychology, psychiatry of children, education, familial practice, and epidemiology. This directive is intended to use by the initial hospital doctors of attention for the management of children between 6 and 12 years with ADHD.

This guideline is using for preliminary care physician for the treat the ADHD children between 6 and 12 years of age. In the light of high spread of this disease, it aims to increase the services of ADHD under AAP guideline must help the preliminary physicians of the care in the treatment. Guideline is not intended for the use in the treatment of the children with retardation mental disorder. The deficits sensory severe such as impairment of the appearance and hearing, disorders chronic associates with medications that they can affect the behavior.
