There are different types of relaxation technique are use as supportive medicine to get relax in the mind and body to come out with the anxiety symptoms. It is most essential to use various types of relaxation technique to get the proper cure. There are several types of relaxation techniques are use to treat the anxiety. Pranayam(breathing technique), dhyan and yoga as well as mind exercise programs are helping you to recover from the anxiety. If you feel anxiety symptom than immediately clam down and perform light exercise to treat the anxiety. The pituitary gland is one of the important glands to monitor all the hormones. It is essential to get the proper treatment to get the anxiety. It is one of the best ways to treat the anxiety with proper treatment.

Yes, the relaxation technique is one of the best techniques to treat the anxiety.
