The fruits and vegetables are the necessary element need in the body. You should eat raw fruits and vegetables in three or four servings per day because it contains good amount of vitamins and minerals. So eating more fruits and vegetables are recommended because it has no adverse effect for most healthy individuals. The food may be restore from the diet as fruit and vegetables are high in fiber and provide bulk. The fibers are the most useful for the body.

Raw foods contain enzymes, which are needed for the digestive system. The enzymes break down food particles so that it can utilize the energy.
