The fruits and vegetables are the necessary element need in the body. The raw fruits and vegetables contains [u]good amount of vitamins and minerals[/u]. So eating more fruits and vegetables are recommended because it has no adverse effect for most healthy individuals. The food may be restore from the diet as fruit and vegetables are [u]high in fiber and provide bulk[/u]. The fibers are the most useful for the body.

We must have to follow the Healthy Diet Pyramid guidelines. The Fruit and vegetables do not contain all types of nutrients, so it is important to eat a variety of food using the Healthy Diet Pyramid as a guide.

If you have allergy with some fruits and vegetables, it is not advisable to take certain types of food. It is better you must have to take the food which does not have the adverse effect.
