Many dietician and physician suggest taking the milk after the burn surgery. It is essential to get the proper doses of the milk proteins. In USA flavored or chocolate milk contains enough amounts of proteins, calcium, vitamin D, riboflavin, phosphorous. The milk protein is essential to repair muscle of the burn injury; it also gets positive effects on the skin, bone, hair, cartilage and blood. It is important to give the proper dose of milk and other milk products to get the sufficient amount of milk proteins to get the fast recovery. The US government also gives guidelines to drink milk in defined amount to get the enough proteins.
